Applications/protocols that use this scheme name:
The Originator Profile Framework publishes DNS records under the
underscored label "_op", among them SVCB records (RFC 9460) at
"_op.<name>" under the protocol mapping of draft-shigeya-dns-opkey.
The framework forms no URIs with this scheme; the entry is requested
so that the use of SVCB under "_op" meets Section 11 of RFC 9460.
